Here is my tip: Elkano's Buffbars
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/elkbuffbars.aspxEasy to set up, and its done you can see all your temp buffs near your normal actionbars regardless wich spec you are. All trees have one or two of these buffs.
Here's a picture of how it looks for me:
Nr 1 is Rend on target, so I can keep a close eye on Rend.
Nr 2 is Overpower and Execute, both clearly visable near my actionbars.
